Academic and Corporate Help – Terms Of Use
Unipenit.com supplies a platform that facilitates cooperation between freelance experts and clients to deliver academic and corporate help services. Both, clients and experts, are bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. Unipenit is not contractually bound with any of the experts and cannot guarantee that the services that they deliver are in line with academic and corporate norms and regulations. Our internal monitoring system is designed to minimize such instances of misconduct, but the experts and Vendors are ultimately responsible for their professional behavior. Unipenit.com only supplies the platform and means of communication between customers and experts. The platform includes the following infrastructure: messaging services, payment processing, file sharing capabilities, email facilitation, graphical interface, and customer support.
Unipenit is responsible for the performance of only these elements of client-Vendor cooperation. Any content or communications exchanged through the Platform is the responsibility of the party delivering the content or the communications, be that the customer or the Vendor.
Unipenit.com is not a provider (Vendor) of any of the study services or products. Unipenit does not deliver, provide, or otherwise facilitate any products or services of illegal nature or in violation of moral, ethical, corporate and academic codes of any institutions. The sole role of unipenit.com in enabling academic and corporate help services is the provision of the infrastructure for Vendors and customers to interact through. Unipenit will not be held responsible for any of those interactions or their content.
Below is the list of help services and products provided by Vendors at unipenit.com, with related limitations and stipulations.
- Editing/ Proofreading – editorial review of a document, initially supplied by the Customer. This review incorporates content suggestions and direct content edits around readability, grammar, language structure of the content, and other quality aspects of the content, depending on the initial order.
- Grading – professional review of your content, aligned with general academic and corporate standards to ensure that it passes all of the criteria. This review focuses on the structure of the content, and other quality aspects of the content, depending on the initial order (adherence to instructions, etc.).
- Creative Writing/ Sample Papers – a model/sample paper completed by a professional freelance Vendor (e.g. Vendor). All of the copyright is transferred to the Vendor upon the submission of the draft. This copyright is maintained when the completed draft is transferred to the Customer. The Vendor maintains the ownership of the paper at all times, unless otherwise specified. The Customer can only use the provided paper for non-commercial and non-academic use, as a source of inspiration, foundation for further research, or structural sample.
- Sample/ Model writing Products cannot be submitted to an academic or corporate institution, as the Vendor retains the copyright and explicitly prohibits customers from doing so. Our Company does not encourage, acknowledge, take part in, or condone any plagiarism or acts of academic or corporate fraud. By using unipenit.com the Customer confirms that they will abide by all related academic and legal regulations, as well as ethical norms in using academic and corporate papers provided by the Vendor.
- Any academic or corporate use of model/ sample papers by the Vendor must be properly cited and attributed to them.

Money Back Guarantee
Our Money Back Guarantee applies only if all of the following requirements are met.
The Customer is obliged to provide us with detailed, specific, unambiguous instructions for any order. The Customer will ensure to be cooperative with the Company in an effort to deliver a high-quality Product.
The Customer has 5 business days from the day the order has been delivered by the Company to send the refund request. The Customer can send a request via email or via their Admin Panel. Any refund requests submitted after the 5-day period will not be considered by the Company. Any refunds are provided at the discretion of the Company only if they meet the requirements and prerequisites set by these Terms & Conditions.
The Company will recalculate the final price if it fails to deliver the order on time. The difference in price between the initial deadline and the actual delivery date will be refunded in this case.
We will refuse any refunds and will not be held liable in any way if the following issues occur:
Discounts & Balance
The Company’s special offers may only be used on one order and cannot be combined with other discounts. If applied, the discounts are not refundable or exchangeable.
Identity Verification
To prevent fraudulent transactions, which include refunds, any Customer can be asked to verify their identity. This verification may include, but is not limited to phone verification, written verification, billing details confirmation requests, etc. If the Company cannot reliably verify a Customer’s identity, we can refuse a refund request.
Lack of Instructions / Partial Instructions
Customers are solely responsible for providing exceptional and full order instructions, which may include additional files, scans, online access credentials, etc., to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality Product. Any orders are paused as soon as the payment is submitted if the Customer indicates that they will provide additional order instructions, and until those additional instructions are supplied. The Vendor cannot start working on an order until they have full access to all of the materials necessary to deliver a high-quality Product. Our Customers confirm that they understand the fact that no work will be started until the instructions are provided in full. It is the Customer’s duty to supply all of the materials on time and in an accessible format. The Customer understands that in order to deliver the order on time, full instructions must be provided as soon as possible. Failure to do so by the Customer may result in a delay in the order that the Company will not be held responsible for. The Customer understands that, in this case, they are not eligible for any lateness refunds.
Order Details Inconsistency / Contradictions
All Customers must provide straightforward, accurate and clear instructions. Any inconsistencies or omitted details in the instructions may lead to delivery delays. We will verify the validity of your instructions, but it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are provided in full and cannot possibly hinder the Vendor’s ability to deliver a quality Product. Customers will not hold Us responsible for any order delivery delays caused by the fact that we had to clarify their instructions, as well as any issues resulting from miscommunications.
Timely Communications and Assistance
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure timely and cooperative communication with the Company. This includes frequent email checks to ensure that messages are being received and acted on, as well as the provision of correct contact details to ensure that we can reach the Customer by phone when necessary. All of this is necessary to ensure that the Vendor can deliver quality Products on time. Inability to fulfill these requirements by the Customer may result in a late order. The Customer will be held responsible for such lateness. The Customer understands that such communication lapses make them ineligible for a refund due to any order delay.
Inaccessible Sources and Materials
The Customer is responsible for the provision of sources for the order if they are not publicly available. The Customer is responsible for highlighting destinations where these publicly sources are available. If the order includes obscure, inaccessible sources, or sources requiring special access rights, the Customer will provide access to these sources, either via a document, access credentials, or by other means. This access must be provided within 2 hours of the payment submission for the order. Otherwise, the order may be delivered late. The Company will not be held responsible for the Customer’s inability to provide these specific or specialized sources on time. Such cases nullify any refund claims put forward by the Customer.
Revisions
When a Customer requests a free revision, the assigned freelance Vendor will be allocated a new deadline for the revision. Such deadline extensions, if necessary, will not be regarded as lateness. Thus, such instances will not be considered as eligible for a refund request under our Money Back Guarantee.
Timely Upfront Payment
The order deadline begins when the payment for the order is submitted in full and verified by our Company. Failure to submit the payment on time may result in order lateness, which both the Vendor and the Company will not be held responsible for. Any lateness associated with late payment submissions is not a refundable case under our Money Back Guarantee.
Deadline Extension
The Customer may choose to provide a deadline extension for the Vendor. After this extension, any lateness will only be calculated from the new deadline, and not the initial order deadline. The Customer confirms that they voluntarily provide the extension and understand that the final deadline gets extended to reflect the extension.
Plagiarism Avoidance Guarantee
Every delivered order is checked for plagiarism before being sent to the Customer. If any potential instances of plagiarism are detected in the delivered Product, it goes through a revision process to ensure that these instances are eliminated.
However, if the customer discovers that a final delivered Product still contains plagiarism, we pledge to refund the order in full (100% of the order total). For this to happen, the Customer must provide eligible and sufficient proof of actual plagiarism in the Product. Such evidence might be represented by a detailed third-party plagiarism report, or a report compiled personally by the Customer, with all instances of plagiarism properly documented, cited, and presented. Any of these documents must represent instances of plagiarism in detail, and beyond a reasonable doubt.
Any common language, phrasing, or generally utilized expressions cannot be viewed as plagiarism due to their ubiquity. Any such instances will be disregarded in any plagiarism claim investigations. If plagiarism is detected as a result of a false positive report performed by software, resulting in erroneous detection of plagiarism where it is not actually present, such instances will be disregarded and the plagiarism refund policy will not apply to them. These rules will also apply to any minor/ negligible instances of plagiarism.
The Customer agrees with any plagiarism report investigation conducted by the Company to determine the actual level of plagiarism in any delivered Product.
Orders Canceled by the Customer
The Company assigns a Vendor to the order as soon as the payment is submitted. By placing an order with our Company, the Customer verifies that they understand and agree to this Service model.
Given the nature of the Service and the compensation policy for Vendors assigned to paid orders, the Company can only guarantee a refund for cases described and approved under these Terms & Conditions. Any refund requests for issues and cases not included in these Terms will be reviewed by the Company on a case by case basis.
The Customer may choose to cancel their order at any time but in doing so they agree to the following rules:
- For paid orders that have not been assigned a Vendor yet, the Customer is eligible for an 80% refund of the order total.
- For paid orders that have already been assigned a Vendor, the Customer is eligible for a 40% refund of the order total.
No other standard refund schemes are applied to orders cancelled upon a Customer request.
Revisions and Revision Guarantees
If the Customer is not satisfied with the fulfillment of the original instructions for the order, they are entitled to a free revision for the order. For the revision request, the Customer must provide sufficient and informative instructions, detailing how the Vendor failed to meet the initial requirements.
Any revision requests must be submitted within a 10-day period, after the order has been completed. After the 10-day period, the Company automatically assumes that the Customer is satisfied with the order delivered by the Vendor. The Customer becomes ineligible for a revision request after the above mentioned 14-day period.
Any revisions completed by a Vendor do not count towards the deadline. This means that if the initial paper has been delivered on time, any delivered revisions after that deadline will not be considered as late. The Vendor may ask for an extension for the revision request. It is up to the Customer to decide on the length and/or possibility of such an extension.
If the Customer is suggesting revision instructions that are outside the scope of the original order, the Vendor agrees to honor them for an additional payment. The additional payment will be calculated based on the extensiveness of the additional instructions and order details.
Service Payments, Fees, and Rates
All of our fees and charges for Services and Products delivered are prominently displayed at unipenit.com. If an order request falls out of the standard order nomenclature (i.e. not fitting into the standard pricing), we may still complete the order but the compensation for the Vendor will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If we are confident that we can find a Vendor for a specialized order that falls outside of the scope of our standard Services, the Customer will be requested to submit the payment for the order in advance. However, if the Company fails to find a suitable Vendor for the Customer, in such cases a full refund will be issued to the Customer.
Any refunds will be processed through the same payment details (debit/ credit card) as were used for the initial payment. No alternative refund options will be considered by the Company.
The Company only provides refunds for cases specifically mentioned in these Terms & Conditions. Additionally, we may choose to provide a refund at our own discretion, on a case-by-case basis. The Customer agrees to these rules.
Product and Service Delivery
All final orders can be delivered to the Customer in two ways: either in an email sent to their inbox (the same one used for registration at unipenit.com), or added to the Admin Panel on the website and available for download at any given moment.
If we cannot deliver the Product by the deadline due to technical reasons linked to the Customers email, the Customer agrees to notify the Company as soon as possible and provide a reasonable level of cooperation to overcome these difficulties. We will do everything possible in this scenario to guarantee the fastest possible resolution of the issue preventing the Customer from obtaining their order.
We will not be held responsible for any product delivery issues associated with a technical problem on the side of Customer’s email provider or their Internet Service Provider (ISP).
