Public Financial Management (PFM)

You are required, for your term paper, to:

i) Read thoroughly either the Public Financial Management Act 2016 (Act 921) or the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914) or the Public Financial Management Regulation 2019.

ii) Critically evaluate the law you have selected in (i) above in terms of a well-defined framework you have developed or adopted from the literature.

iii) Write a scholarly 5-page report on your evaluation outcomes (use Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing).
