1. Conduct a critical review of chapter 2 the attached textbook on the following three cultural models and identify those cultural traits that best reflect Ghanaian cultural orientation:
• Geert Hofstede’s Model
• The Globe Project
• Trompenaar’s 7d Cultural Model.

2. Identify Ghanaian attitudes and work practices (i.e. our work ethics) that are influenced by our cultural orientation and provide recommendations on how the dyfunctional aspects of our culture that negatively affects organizational outcomes can be addressed.

3. The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) is one public institution that has successfully been able to change the attitudes and working culture of its employees.
