You are required to give a presentation to show that you have knowledge and understanding about the role of leadership in tourism and hospitality organisations, drawing on background research into one case study of a business that you choose to support your arguments.
Your presentation should:
● Critically analyse the role of leadership within tourism and hospitality organisations.
● Apply theories from organisational behaviour to critically appraise the leadership and management of tourism or hospitality organisations.
● Justify the role of Human Resources Management in developing leadership and management within tourism and hospitality organisations.
Delivery and Submission
The submission is in the form of a presentation with 500 words of speaker notes to be submitted for
assessment.
The presentation time is 15 minutes.
